Purpose: Conducts UCC lien searches, communicates with lien holders and secures UCC terminations or letters of no interest

Job Responsibilities (ranked in significance):

• Wholegood Sales Operations:Maintains accounting processes, systems and practices that record and track all accounting transactions on a timely and accurate basis from source document through Financial Statement
  • Conducts UCC lien searches, communicates with lien holders and secures UCC terminations or letters of no interest
  • Assists with entering vendor invoices, completes settlements, and reconciles statements and floor plan accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assists with processes customer contracts through various finance companies
  • Ensures that all sales paperwork is completed accurately
  • Ensures all warranty registrations are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintains all relevant files
  • Cooperatively supports other sales support personnel as required
• Location Support: Provides support to locations in ways that ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Cooperatively field questions to support location financials/accounting practices
    • Provides appropriate administrative support services for the Sales staff
  • Provide support for business system questions
• Strategy and Planning:
  • Make suggestions for process improvement as related to sales accounting
• Communications:Ensures excellent communication with locations and with corporate operations.
