Criterion Systems Inc VoIP DVTC Engineer in Washington, District Of Columbia

We are seeking a mission-focused Sr. VoIP DVTC Engineerto support and contribute to our government customers success inWashington, D.C.!

Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise; sought out by others for advice and guidance.
  • Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the UC and VTC technologies and services.
  • Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Expertise in at least two of the below domains: Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management).
  • Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
  • May serve as a technical consultant to a project(s) dealing with UC and VTC services.
  • Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
  • Established and productive individual contributor
  • Works independently with general supervision.
  • Problems faced can be difficult and complex.
  • May influence others technical staff through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Technologies:

  • Years of experience with one of the following:
    • High School/GED plus seven (7) years of relevant experience
    • Associate degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience
    • Master's degree plus one (1) year of relevant experience
    • PhD plus 0 years of relevant experience
  • IAT II, CUCM Manager Course

Security Clearance Level:

  • TS/SCI with an adjudicated CI polygraph or ability to obtain a CI polygraph

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time on-site
