Description We are offering an opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst role based in West Memphis, Arkansas. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from order placement to completion, ensuring efficient order processing, timely service/product delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide regular project updates.

• Coordinate order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to fulfill orders based on client specifications and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders.

• Review contracts and project specifications to align with client requirements and company capabilities.

• Identify discrepancies or potential contract issues and work proactively with stakeholders to address them.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying key milestones and deliverables.

• Monitor progress against established milestones, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and address delays.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget and quality standards.

• Evaluate change requests from clients and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and resources.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage change orders effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role as a Supply Chain Analyst.

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Solutions is essential.

• Familiarity with a Management System is necessary.

• Strong Customer Service skills are required.

• Ability to perform Forecasting tasks accurately.

• Understanding and experience in Logistics and Manufacturing environments.

• Experience in Billing and Quotations.

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) tools.

• Experience in Service Delivery Management.

• Knowledge and experience using SAP.

• Proven ability in Project Coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
