•工厂对外客诉处理、跟进和改善主导

•工厂偏差（不合格、内外审发现项等）的跟进、验证和改善

•负责工厂品评小组/工厂虫害管理

•组织现场辅导等开展形式，确保质量管理流程体系 (GMP、追溯、不合格品、异物控制、标识、标准管理等)的持续验证和执行、优化质量Q矩阵等工具在现场的开展和应用

•主导工厂的健康检查PDCA,包含支持部门质量任务的转移，驱动能力下沉

•支持Core ION RPM/FG specification标准文件转化

•新员工/转岗/刷新等培训和认证

任职要求：

教育背景： 本科及以上学历，理工科/质量/食品相关专业

工作经验： 3 年以上食品质量管理经验或1年以上管理职能

能力要求 :

•食品质量体系知识ISO；HACCP危害分析和关键控制点

•参与或主导审计经验；SPC数据统计和分析；QC/QA经验

•流利的英语书写和沟通/计算机基础技能

•具备良好的沟通能力, 较强的影响力和抗压能力

•积极向上，结果导向, 决策能力
