Spherion is hiring for Make Ready Technicians to manage the maintenance of the downtown Wichita Falls commercial buildings. Candidates must have basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and framing. Responsibilities: The Maintenance crew is responsible for maintaining lighting, plumbing, AC and heating units, cleaning, and basic touch ups to walls and paint.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills: Mechanically inclined. Background preferred in HVAC or electrical

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must submit to background check and drug screen.
