What you’ll do:

负责对产品进行模拟仿真分析,包含模拟产品在结构力学、焦耳热和流固传热、电弧、机构、电气绝缘、电磁场等不同物理场或多物理场耦合下的性能表现,为结构、电气设计提出改进建议。

Responsible for simulation analysis of products, including simulation of product performance under different physical fields or multi-physical field coupling, such as structural mechanics, Joule heat and fluid-solid heat transfer, arc, mechanism, electrical insulation, electromagnetic field, etc., and deliver suggestions for improvement of structural and electrical design.

• 建立熔断器及相关产品的仿真模型,并按照需要进行温升、熔断时间、受力等仿真分析。

Establish the simulation model of fuse and related products, and perform simulation analysis of temperature rise, fusing time, stress/strain, etc. as needed.

• 通过查阅文献手册或实际测试建立材料属性库。

Establish the material property library by reviewing literature and manuals or actual testing.

• 对熔断器及相关产品在分析后,提出改进建议。

Suggest improvements to the design of fuse and related products after analysis.

• 输出仿真分析报告,阐明产品的应力应变、温度场、电场、磁场在时域或频域等维度的分布情况。

Output simulation analysis report to clarify the distribution of stress-strain, temperature field, electric field, magnetic field of the product in dimensions such as time domain or frequency domain.

• 持续对仿真模型进行优化。

Continuously optimize simulation models.

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge in structural mechanics, solid, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, electrical engineering, finite element theory, proficiency in the selection of elastic-plastic, hyperelastic and other nonlinear mechanics ontological relations for static and dynamic analysis.

  • Skilled in using Joule heat and solid-fluid heat transfer model to analyze the heat generation of electrical appliances.

  • Skilled in using software to model electric arcs for volt-ampere characteristics and energy analysis.

  • Proficiency in using the fatigue module to perform life analysis of thermal and mechanical fatigue of materials.

  • Skilled in using Solidworks to model and modify and optimize the model to be analyzed.

  • •Skilled in pre-processing, boundary condition setting, meshing, simulation setting and post-processing of models using Ansys software.
