Basic Responsibilities 基本职责

  1. 制定业务发展(业务收并购、合资等)计划,与服务分公司合作,设计并实施业务发展战略项目

  2. 负责领导和实施服务收并购项目的业务整合工作,通过全面、细化的收并购行动来实现预定的业务目标。

  3. 进行业务收并购、合资等项目预算及方案编制

  4. 协调资源并执行收并购、合资等项目商务谈判

  5. 遵循公司标准的业务发展流程,充分结合项目实际情况,开展积极和有效率的业务发展等行动。

  6. 定期总结和汇报业务发展的进展,关注阶段结果与计划的差距,及时发现并管理风险。

  7. 业务发展项目过程及结果跟踪

  8. 协助项目总监推进与合作方的深度合作项目

Qualifications 任职资格

1. Education & Certification 教育背景和专业资格

  1. 本科及以上。

  2. 较强的适应能力和抗压能力。

  3. 具备团队管理经验,能够组建和激励、发展团队。

  4. 良好的沟通协调能力及商务谈判能力。

2. Experience 工作经验

具备5年以上业务发展相关经历,3年以上相应管理经验 财务背景或知名会计师事务所背景优先考虑。
