Ter ondersteuning van de Plant Engineering en algemene site zijn wijop zoek naar een 3M medewerker met interesse om als Technical Buyer aan de slag te gaan.

De impact die je maakt in deze rol

Als Technical Buyer ondersteun je de verschillende technische teams bij het identificeren en aankopen van technische componenten die ze nodig hebben. Dit in overeenstemming met de 3M veiligheids-, gezondheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften om de vooraf bepaalde projecten of adhoc corrigerende acties op een economische manier te voltooien.

Centraal hierin staat de opvolging van de prestatiemetingen binnen Plant Engineering Tier 3 met betrekking tot alle aspecten van de gedragscode (veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit). De persoon deze rol vervult al ook andere afdelingen ondersteunen, vooral waar naleving van de regelegeving vereist is.

Je zorgt voor de nodige communicatie binnen Plant Engineering, maar ook voor pro-actieve communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen binnen de productieorganisatie.

Jouw profile

• Bachelor in een technisch veld of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een Manufacturing omgeving.

• Ervaring in een technische engineering functie of ervaring als technisch aankoper is een sterk pluspunt.

• Grondige praktische kennis van chemische componenten, pompen, kleppen, afdichtingen etc.

• Talenkennis: vloeiend in het Nederlands &Engels goede kennis van Frans.

• Goede PC kennis (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

• Goed teamwerk, coaching en motiverend vermogen.

• Sterke persoonlijkheid & verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

• Goede communicatie.•Flexibele en oplossingsgerichte instelling.

• Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.

• Onderhandelen met leveranciers om zo goed mogelijke prijzen te bekomen of alternatieve producten voor te stellen

• Technische data met betrekking tot sourcing up to date houden in SAP

Werkregime

Je werkt in een typische 5-daagse (maandag - vrijdag) rol op de site, enige flexibiliteit kan in overeenstemmint met de Plant Engineering Manager bekomen worden (bijvoorbeel één dag thuiswerk om aan specifieke taken te werken).

Timing

De functie waarop deze vacature betrekking heeft, wordt ingevuld in het kader van 'Factory of Tomorrow' (FoT).

Het moment waarop de nieuwe functie effectief wordt opgestart, zal in overleg met de Plant Manager worden gecoördineerd in functie van de noden in het kader van de lopende herstructurering.
